Here we have a lovely vintage folding bench. Looking online, this appears to have been made by Ladderax- which makes sense looking at the sleek lines and quality manufacture- and probably dates to the 1960s. It has a gold coloured metal frame with black screw covers and feet, and simple panels of teak- I’m guessing solid- for the seat and folding back.

This great looking, petite bench is in very good vintage condition, with only the odd mark and scratch to the wood and metal, commensurate with age and use.
