Here we have a lovely vintage sideboard/ credenza/ chest of drawers from E Gomme G Plan. I believe this is from the Brandon range, and it features 10 drawers in richly patinated oak, sitting on the same ebonised/ black painted legs as used in the Librenza range, which is interesting and very stylish. I’ve only managed to find one other of this model online, and that one had the top drawers in white. I think this is quite a rare piece of furniture, and it’s built beautifully and is very heavy.

For its age, this chest or sideboard is in excellent condition. There are only a few very minor marks, commensurate with age and use- the most noticeable being a small split/ gap in the veneer on the lefthand side of the unit. A great looking thing though, with masses of storage- perfect for a large bedroom, hallway, or living room.
