NEST OF THREE 1950/60’s BENGT RUDA TABLES
A nest of three tables designed in the 1950s by the Scandinavian acclaimed designer Bengt Ruda, who designed furniture for Nordiska Kompaniet (NK) during the early 1950s, before being recruited in the mid fifties, to create the first ranges, for a recently formed company called Ikea.
These tables date from the late 50’s early 60’s
The tables feature teak veneer tops on beech frames, all of which are solid with no movement on the joints. All three tables are in good vintage condition, showing minor surface marking, wear and colour variation commensurate with their age.
We apologise for the poor photo quality, as our normal camera has gone on the blink, so we are having to use the rubbish iPhone 11 camera. We will replace the photos with some better quality ones shortly.
