For smaller, light-weight items we will generally use Royal Mail 2nd class delivery to the UK. Heavier items will be sent with Hermes delivery to the UK and large items will be sent via DPD courier. For pieces of furniture we ask that customers get in touch with us prior to the sale of the item to receive a quote for delivery. We welcome collection from Tadcaster, LS24 and are similarly happy to work with your own courier.
We work hard to ensure that any faults with our items are clearly described and shown on the images provided. If you are unsure about the condition of an item, or require more clarity, please contact us and we will be happy to help. If you change your mind following a purchase we can offer a refund within 14 days of purchase with return delivery being at the buyers expense.
Cancellation of an order within 24 hours of payment will be refunded. We spend a great deal of time ensuring that items are wrapped with great care. Please check all items carefully upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if an item does not arrive as described. It is always best to contact us with any specific queries before you make a purchase as we will be happy to send additional images etc. We value your custom.
